When my family joined Potomac in 2019, I immediately knew we had just become part of a truly extraordinary community. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming, and the environment was energetic. I am honored to join an incredible team of professionals, as we work together on exciting development initiatives to ensure that a Potomac education continues to meaningfully and positively impact students and their communities well into the future.
After living in Houston and Dallas as a child, my family moved to Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. I was fortunate to attend the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur for my middle and high school years where I played field hockey, tennis, and lacrosse. I received my Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America and my Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns!).
I have worked in Fortune 500 companies and the halls of government in the House of Commons in the United Kingdom, the United States House of Representatives, the United States Senate and the White House. After 25 years in lobbying, business development, and communications for the government and corporations, I discovered that the path to truly making an impact on the future is in the field of education. My journey working in independent schools began at the Montessori School of McLean, where I led advancement and communications for six years before coming to Potomac.
Outside of school you can find me cheering on my two sons on the soccer field and tennis courts as well as hiking, golfing, and playing tennis.
