2026 Spring Break Camp

Jumpstart the spring fun with Spring Break@Potomac! Spring break at Potomac begins Monday, March 9 and ends Friday, March 20. The Auxiliary Programs is excited to offer an unforgettable adventure during the first week (March 9 - 13, 2026) of spring break. Below please see the details for each of our special offerings.

Art & Pottery Camp w/NYSA! (grades 3-6)

The Art & Pottery Camp offered by the New York School of Arts for The Potomac School invites students to explore their creativity through hands-on experiences with a variety of art materials, including clay, paint, and mixed media. Throughout the camp, participants will learn fundamental techniques in both two- and three-dimensional art, experiment with textures and colors, and create their own unique works of art to take home. The program emphasizes creativity, self-expression, and fun while helping students build confidence in their artistic abilities.

Students should dress comfortably, bring snacks, a bagged lunch, and a labeled water bottle.

Maker/STEM Squad (Grades 1-3)

Maker/STEM space provides hands-on challenges to creatively inspire campers to design, experiment, build, and invent while engaging in science, engineering, and tinkering.

Every day will be a new adventure!

Monday Magnets: Different projects and experiments using magnets!
Tube Tuesday: Projects and experiments using cardboard tubes.
Straw STEM Day: Projects and experiments using straws!
Popsicle Stick Engineering Day: We will be building structures using popsicle sticks.
Balloon Day! What better way to end the week?

Students should dress comfortably, bring snacks, a bagged lunch and a labeled water bottle.

Panther Spring Break Sports Camp (Kindergarten - grade 6)

Do you like playing sports like soccer, basketball, floor hockey? Do you enjoy climbing, swinging on ropes, playing games like kickball and dodgeball? Panther spring break sports camp is a place to be!! Join this camp to have an exciting and fun filled week of sports and activities with Coach Justin Phillips.

Students will be divided by grades and all skill levels are welcome. Students should dress comfortably, bring snacks, a bagged lunch and a labeled water bottle.
