Description: Join the Flip & Flair Gymnastics Workshop for a day of high-energy fun and skill-building! From exciting tumbling and relays to mastering balance on bars and beams, this workshop is packed with thrilling gymnastics challenges. Description: The Potomac Panther Cub Basketball for kindergarten - grade 1 students is a beginner level clinic designed for players to learn the basics of basketball in a fun and fast paced setting. Students will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot and defend in a high energy environment. The group will also have an opportunity to play small lead up games and conclude the session with real games. This group will meet from 10:00-11:00 am.

Open to all skill levels, these Saturday sessions are perfect for students who want to build teamwork, improve their game, and have a blast on the field. Description: This dynamic sport not only fosters physical fitness but also encourages teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking. As young athletes step onto the court, they embark on a journey of skill development, camaraderie, and personal growth. Developing basic skills and learning to play as a team is the focus of Panther Little Spikes Volleyball Clinic. Players of all abilities are welcome. Beginners learn basic skills and techniques for serving, passing, setting, and hitting.

Description: In partnership with PRIDE Girls Lacrosse, The Potomac School CUBBIES Lacrosse for kindergarten - grade 4 students is focused on developing girls on and off the field. Students will work with current coaches on the fundamentals including cradling, ground balls, dodging, shooting, etc!

The group will learn how to play the game through individual skill work while also playing small sided games. The goal is to keep the girls moving throughout the time and focus on lots of fun! We look forward to working with your student(s). This group will meet from 12:15-1:30 pm for both session 1 and 2.

The group will have an opportunity to play full court games every week. We will conclude the session with various skills challenges and tournament games.  This group will meet from 11:00-12:00 pm.
