Kelly Greenwood ’97 is the founder and CEO of Mind Share Partners, a nonprofit that is changing the culture of workplace mental health so that both employees and organizations can thrive. It provides workplace training and strategic advising to leading companies, supports employee resource groups and professionals, and builds public awareness. Mind Share Partners runs two columns on workplace mental health in Forbes and Thrive Global. It has been featured in prestigious media, including The New York Times, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and others. 

Kelly is a nationally recognized advocate and speaker for mental health. She has written for Harvard Business Review, is a Forbes contributor, and has spoken at The Commonwealth Club, Culture Amp, Gap Inc., Pinterest, SAP, SHRM, and more. She has a cross-sector background that includes corporate, nonprofit and foundation roles.

Prior to Mind Share Partners, Kelly served as the chief growth and strategy officer of Techbridge Girls and was a principal on the portfolio team at the Skoll Foundation. She also worked as a management consultant at Accenture, A.T. Kearney, and the Bridgespan Group (the nonprofit spin-off of Bain & Company).

Kelly holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University with a B.A. in psychology and Spanish. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children.

Farah Kareem

Kareem Farah ‘09 earned a B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University. After joining Teach for America in 2013, he spent six years teaching in Hawaii and DC. Kareem was given the award for DC Public Schools Most Innovative Educator in 2018 for his new approach to teaching and learning

In an effort to scale his classroom model, Kareem launched a nonprofit, the Modern Classrooms Project. As the CEO of the Modern Classrooms Project, Kareem and his team train and support teachers who seek to redesign their classroom to better support the unique needs of their students, particularly in our most underserved communities. They currently have over 20,000 educators enrolled in their free course and over 40 school and district partners.

PJ Miller '09

Paul “PJ” Miller ’09 is an entrepreneur and digital professional. He has more than seven years of experience in ad tech and digital strategy, and his knack for creative thinking and innovation has allowed him to found multiple businesses over the years. After the early success of his clothing business The Tenth Clothing, which launched in May 2019, Paul started Wash&Fold Printing, which includes a brand-consulting component. He works with businesses, apparel brands, and individuals looking to “bring their ideas to garments.” 

Paul also serves as an executive director of a nonprofit The Academy 365, which develops young men into individuals who exhibit self-worth and emotional maturity in order to overcome life’s challenges and achieve meaningful and impactful lives. 

He attended New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in marketing. He was also a four-year collegiate athlete. Paul attended the Potomac School for two years. As a basketball player, Paul helped lead the boys varsity to a win in the 2008 Virginia Independent State Championship. He currently lives with his wife and two children in Union, NJ. 

In 2021, Paul is leveraging his current business ventures in an effort to help close the wealth gap within under-resourced or underrepresented communities. Bringing more dollars, jobs, and informational resources to the Black community is the aligning factor!
