We invite you to become a member of The Second Century Endowment Society, joining 80 parents, alumni, and friends who have remembered the School through a bequest intention or other estate planned gift.
Planned gifts can provide significant tax benefits while allowing you to establish a lasting relationship with The Potomac School. You can make a planned gift to Potomac through:
- A bequest by will or revocable trust
- A charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust
- A charitable lead trust
- A retirement plan or life insurance policy with Potomac as the beneficiary
- A gift of real estate
We encourage you to consult your tax advisor to learn more about these gift opportunities. If you are interested in creating a legacy at The Potomac School, please contact Jenny Chiang, Deputy Director of Development at (703) 749-6326.
Gratitude
The Potomac School expresses its gratitude for a most generous gift of real estate from the Holdsworth family of McLean. Ray Holdsworth, a past parent and past grandparent (Belen Aquino ’99) along with her children Lindesay Holdsworth Aquino ’65, Kim Holdsworth ’68 and David Holdsworth ’70 designated the School as the beneficiary of their family’s historic house and grounds.
