How to Donate New Books to our Libraries
You may now purchase new books throughout the school year for donation to the library of your choice. These purchases can be submitted online or by FAX, mail, or hand-delivery.
1. Review the list of books available for donation. The list is updated frequently.
- Granger Family Library (Lower School)
- Arundel Family Library (Middle and Intermediate School)
- Engelhard Family Library (Upper School)
2. Select the book(s) of your choice for donation.
3. Click here to purchase online. Submit the completed form, including credit card information.
4. Click here to download form and purchase by mail, FAX, or hand-delivery.
To FAX your form, print it out, complete it and FAX with credit card information.
To mail your form, print it out, complete it, and mail with a check or the credit card information.
To hand-deliver your form, print it out and bring it to the front desk with payment of cash, check, or credit card.
The Book Donation and the Bookplate Dedication forms have information fields to donate up to 2 books. If you would like to donate more, please:
- complete and submit the online form again
- print another copy of the downloaded form and complete
Please Note:
- The Librarian for each division is available to you for help in selecting an appropriate book for dedication. Requests for donation of books currently not on the book donation list will be at the discretion of the librarians. Book Fair volunteers will also be available to assist you during the year.
- Payment options include cash, check, and Visa or MasterCard. The school's website is a secured site, thereby insuring privacy for all credit card transactions sent over the internet.
- Completed book donation forms along with their bookplate donation forms will be logged for processing on a first-come, first-served basis. The list and logged donation forms are processed frequently. Your book(s) will be made available to your child for checkout the following week.
- If you select a book that has been purchased already, a librarian or Book Fair volunteer will contact you to discuss alternatives.
