Summer Programs - Important Dates

Summer 2008

January 2008
.	January 7 – Applications accepted on-line starting at 8:00 am on January 7, 2008. Please click here to access the online registration Web site. Your registration fee will be due in our office within 7 days of submitting your online application ( postmark must be within 7 days of registration) in order to maintain your registration date and time based on on-line submission of information. If we do not receive your check within 7 days, your application will be processed when we receive your check.
February 2008
	February 9 – Counselor Apprentice interview. Please call (703) 749-6317 to schedule an appointment in advance. You may instead schedule you interview for our March 1 date.
March 2008
	March 1 - Counselor Apprentice interview. Please call (703) 749-6317 to schedule an appointment in advance.
April 2008
	April 30 – Remaining balance of tuition due April 30 – Last day for tuition refund for withdrawal. (Registration fee is non-refundable)
May 2008
	May 12 (week of) – Camp information packets mailed to homes. The May Mailing will include specific information regarding camps, transportation, and information the Summer Programs office needs from you
June 2008
	June 1 – Open House from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm June 1 – All Forms Due. These forms include Health Form, Swimming Form, Sunscreen Form, and Proof of ID June 23 – First day of Camp!
July 2008
	July 4 – Independence Day. No camp. July 10 – Discovery Camp Parents’ Day July 11 – Last Day of Session 1 July 14 – First Day of Session 2 July 31 – Discovery Camp Parents’ Day July 31 – Theater Camp Performance (7:00 p.m.)
August 2008
	August 1 – Last Day of Session 2 August 4 – August Session 1 Begins August 8 – Last Day of August Session 2 August 11 – August Session 2 Begins August 15 – Last Day of Camp. Have a great School year!
